Description
1998 LAND ROVER 110 DEFENDER TDi.
#Above & Beyond
The Land Rover name was created in 1948 by the Rover Company for a utilitarian 4WD off-roader. The original of the defenders HUE 166 - affectionately known as Huey was the first in the line of vehicles designed to tackle any terrain. Its creation marked the realisation of a concept first sketched in the sand by Land Rover's original innovator Maurice Wilks.
The Defender was launched in 1948 and, incredibly production only finished in January 2016 after a continuous run of 67 years.
Land Rover was granted a Royal Warrant by King George VI in 1951, and 50 years later in 2001, it received a Queen's Award for Enterprise for outstanding contribution to international trade.

By setting a proxy bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf to maintain your position as the highest bidder, up to your proxy bid amount. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email so you can opt to increase your bid if you so choose.
If two of more users place identical bids, the bid that was placed first takes precedence, and this includes proxy bids.
Another bidder placed an automatic proxy bid greater or equal to the bid you have just placed. You will need to bid again to stand a chance of winning.
