The Jaguar Mark 2 is a mid-size luxury sports saloon built from late 1959 to 1967 by Jaguar in Coventry, England. The Mark 2 is a fast and capable saloon in line with Sir William Lyons 1950's advert slogan 'Grace.. Space.. Pace.'

The advantage of this model being the end of the Mk2 production run means it comes with power steering, servo assisted brakes plus the uprated 3.4 straight 6 engine

This makes it a far better drivable classic!

It even has an adjustable steering column and inertia front seat belts

The owner has owned this Jaguar for almost five years, and is selling due to personal reasons.

It comes with a very comprehensive history file going back to the original sales invoice in 1968 when purchased from a dealer in New Zealand

The lady owner traded in a Jaguar Mk2 3.8 in part exchange. It was imported back to the UK in the 1990s

The Jaguar is regularly displayed at local shows and has also completed the London to Brighton Run as well as a road trip to Wales and the Brooklands Museum

The owner originally purchased the car for their daughter’s wedding but was so impressed with the car, decided to keep it!

All round excellent condition both mechanical and bodywork

Any bodywork they have had done was completed by a professional and lead loaded where required

The owner has also completed some of the mechanical work themselves which includes all ignition components replaced including fitting an electronic ignition and fitted correct period fog lights and door mirrors

Had the rear diff and axil refurbished by a professional transmission company plus having the power steering pump and the dynamo refurbished by SNG Barratt

For the classic purists they do have most of the original parts to refit if required including the original steering wheel

The Jaguar is ready to use with no immediate work to be carried out. She is road tax and MOT exempt however, she does have a current MOT is valid till Sep 22 and has no advisories!
