1. When and where will the auction take place?

The auction is scheduled to take place from 1pm at Podium Place, Newbury on the afternoon of Saturday 26th April 2025. 

2. How can I participate in the auction? 

Interested participants can register to bid prior to the auction by emailing us at: joe@finecarco.com. You can also bid in person on the day at the auction, or register for telephone bidding. If you would like to register for telephone bidding or leave an absentee bid, please send us an email: joe@finecarco.com.

Anyone wishing to bid on any cars OVER £5000 must produce a valid photographic identification and proof of address to comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Commission fees:
• Bid in person at the auction: 7%.
• Invaluable online bidding: 9% (There is a mandatory Invaluable platform fee for successful online bidders of 2% on cars).
• Telephone bidding: 7% for cars – This must be booked in advance of the sale commencing on the Saturday at 1pm.
• Absentee bidding: 7% You can submit for us to enters bids on a specified lot/lots up to the maximum price you have indicated for each lot. You understand that by submitting this bid, you have entered into a bidding contract to purchase the individual lots, if your bid is successful. You understand that if your bid is successful, you will be obligated to pay the purchase price, which will be the sum of the final bid plus the buyer’s premium. On your behalf, we will purchase these lots for the lowest possible price, taking into account the reserve and other bids. 3. What types of cars can we expect to see at the auction? 

The auction will feature a diverse selection of cars, ranging from Classics to Modern Performance cars and everything in-between! We’re not car snobs here at Fine Car Company – as long as it’s got something interesting about it, we’ll list it!
